Wisdom Teeth and Kidney Stones

Our house has been full of antibiotics and painkillers for the last few days.  Last Friday Donald had oral surgery to have his four wisdom teeth and two other teeth that were still in the roof of his mouth removed.  He did a great job with it and really was only in a lot of pain for one day, although the swelling has definitely taken over.  It is kind of a gradual thing.
This was the day he came home, his lips were swollen, but his face looked okay.
Day two- there was a bit more swelling!
Day 3- He turned into a pumpkin! I have to admit it was actually pretty funny to see him talk because even though it sounded like him, it just didn't look like him.

So how do kidney stones fit into that? Well Saturday morning at about 3:30a.m. Don woke up screaming in pain.  He has had kidney stones three times now so we pretty much knew what was going on.  The pain kind of comes and goes as the stone moves.  By about 8 it was a bit too much so we went to the hospital to get him some pain killers.  Hopefully everything will be back to normal by the end of the week.
